What’s exciting for now!!

Hawaii has reopened!! Those golden sands are ready to have your feet dug deep. Christmas and New Year’s is selling quickly as everyone wants to catch some beach time.

80% of the Caribbean Islands are open – they’ve all got different protocols but they are open and waiting for you!!

Los Cabos, Mexico – open since June 25 has been certified by the WTTC as a safe destination.

Costa Rica reopened November 1!

Second, some important stuff

• If you travel anywhere by plane, you will be required to wear a mask the entire time you are in the airport and on the airplane. The mask needs to cover your nose and mouth – the only exception is for eating/drinking.
• 14 US states require some kind of COVID protocol
• Flights to international destinations will require a negative COVID test result anywhere from 48 hrs to 10 days prior to arrival in order to board the plane, other things possibly required:
  • a follow-up test on day 5 after your arrival
  • completion of a health attestation
  • uploading documentation to a state site or use of a tracing app
  • medical insurance purchased specific to the country

• There are fewer hotels available because of governing mandates on openings and certifications required to do so,
• Fewer flights with the shift of flight demands, and limitations because of rebooking from 2020.
• The trips canceled in 2020 were most often rescheduled for 2021.

So although we didn’t travel in 2020 the availability in 2021 and 2022 is quickly going. So don’t delay.
